   Hey -
   We've moved into a new stage - no rights and a dead constitution. A fraud usurper at the helm - banks looting the public - For all intents and purposes - America is no more.
   I've said pretty much everything I have to say. If you still haven't figured out the truth - there's nothing I can do for ya. You're gonna figure it out for yourself soon enough. I have a wife and 4 kids and have to love and respect her enough not to put her in the position of this video. Since I have no more rights to protect me and my speech/views - I think the time has come to be quiet. I'm not a coward - but I don't want to be brave at someone elses expense. I receive many ominous threats through youtube - and she got wind of one the other day that scared the hell out of her. Anyway - My toutube channels and blogs are all down - besides this one.
   I'll never surrender the fight against THEM - I'm just taking it into other efforts.
   I'll be on here to post pictures and maybe some of my stories and to see what you guys are up to.

4. Youtube is trashed now. Disney bought it and is transforming it into a commercial. Any vids/pages of people expressing views that go against the grain is being systematically wiped out. It was only a matter a time before THEY threw me off - so I figured it was better to tell them fuck you and leave on my own.
   I've got them all burned to dvd - I should make a million of them and start leaving them everywhere.

5. Just got this in an email -
   Hostile bloggers facing fines, jail?
   A new proposal in Congress is threatening fines and jail time for what it calls "cyberbullying" – communications that include e-mails and text messages that "cause substantial emotional distress."
   
   The vague generalities are included in H.R. 1966 by California Democrat Linda Sanchez and about a dozen co-sponsors.
   
   But it already is being condemned as unconstitutional, unrealistic and probably ineffectual.

9. well for one it hasn't passed in Congress yet...so
   there's time for the generalities to be made specific
   
   Here's how the bill reads now:
   
   Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.
   
   Frankly I'm more concerned about my rights as a gun
   owner.

11. Exactly, Aza - that is the problem. It's just like the war on terror - so nebulous it could mean anything.
    
    I can totally see it leading to someone posting, say - a blog about oBOMBa being a Kenyan usurper - That may lead to substantial emotional distress to one of his boot lickin supporters - who may feel your hostile for not agreeing with them... Free speech is dead.

16. I wonder away from that and keep returning to it ! I suppose I keep trying to find solice in the way of mankind but know the inevitable will still remain ! Mankind is stinky, nasty, lying, stealing, coniving, trecherous and down right mean ! So what GOOD could come of it ? I too Shed a TEAR fof the Late Great Country of America ! and will raise my glass and give it a Salute Daily at 4:20 Eastern, Central , Mountain and again at Pacific time ! I will sing a chorus from the song "And the sign said" where by which I shall sing the lyric to say "Thank you lord for thingking about me .. I'm Alive and doing fine !

17. I do too - but that doesn't mean we aren't in for some hard times. The fall of the greatest country in the history of the world has to be worth the shedding of a few tears - God's plan or not.
    
    Here's another headline sent to my email -
    A Louisiana driver has been stopped and detained for having a "Don't Tread on Me" bumper sticker on his vehicle and warned by a police officer about the "subversive" message it sent.

19. I'm done, Ed. I'm going to rededicate and focus my energy on writing. I've got a lot of material built up and never enough time.
